Exciting opportunity has arise to manage a Full Daycare service.

We are seeking an enthusiastic, highly motivated, professional Manager for our busy Full Time Setting.

the successful candidate must be able to:

• Candidates must hold Qualification in Degree level in Early Education level 7/8
• Demonstrate the ability to problem solve and show their creative solutions and initiative.
• day to day running of the crèche
• deal with inspections of all areas.
• Have strong leadership Qualities.
• Have excellent Organization implement and Planning skills, with excellent knowledge of Aistear and Siolta frameworks.
• Have excellent level of English Language and communication skill.
• Excellent communication with Parents and staff.
• Making sure ratios are met at all times
• organization roster
• good Knowledge of the ECCE and NCS scheme ( full training can be given on this)
• Advantage would be having a proven record managing people and at least two years experience in working in a service.
• 37.5 hours weekly.
• able to continuing Professional Development.
• Ability to delegate and arrange staff as needed.
• Able to plan organise implement children and staff alike

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: €35,000.00-€38,000.00 per year
