You will be part of the Fort Canning Park (FCP) team that oversees the programmes, events and operations of the park.
You will work with both external and internal partners to
- Implement and execute programmes and events mainly for families and children, to help them learn about the rich heritage of Fort Canning Park.
- Review and identify gaps in the public programmes at Fort Canning Park
- Assist with event management at Fort Canning Park.
- Excellent writing, communication, interpersonal and organisation skills
- Skills and experience in design, especially with using Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign, is preferred
- Experience in venue management will be an advantage
- Enjoy working with people (including children) and has a keen interest in plants, nature and history
- Ability to handle logistical set-up effectively and work independently
- A good team player, able to multitask and work under pressure
- Possess a positive attitude, is versatile and resourceful
- Willingness to work on weekends and public holidays
- First-aid trained with certification will be an advantage
Only shortlisted candidates will be notified. Successful candidate will be hired on 11-month employment contract.
