Job Description

The new manager will work closely with the General Manager, Assistant Managers and supervisors to continue to make K1 Speed not just a great place to visit, but also to work.

• Full time, permanent position
• Approx. 40-44 hours per week
• Must have open availability including weekends

Duties and Responsibilities

As a Manager you will be responsible for many duties including but not limited to:

• Recruitment - complete interviews, new hire paperwork and orientations
• Training - support our trainers. new hires and existing employees
• Corrective actions - work with management team to track and conduct corrective actions
• Cash handling - prepare tills, change fund maintenance and preparation of deposits
• Customer service - work alongside employees to provide wonderful customer service
• Safety - ensure that all customer and employees are following the safety processes
• Policies and procedures - follow, train, maintain and update
• Scheduling - help to create and communicate work schedules
• Audits and reports - independently complete audits and reports
• Marketing - promote K1 Speed using different methods
• Employee relations - support employees as needed
• Other duties assigned by General Manager

Qualifications

• High school diploma or post-secondary school degree
• 3+ years of experience in a management or supervisory role
• Experience with Google Apps including Google Docs and Google Drive
• 3+ years of experience in customer service
