About the role
  • Negotiate and recommend SMART (Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, and Time-Bound) service levels for agreement with business / product owners and outsource service providers to ensure services are delivered to a prescribed quality and timeframe.
  • Monitors outsource provider performance against agreed service levels to ensure deliverables are accurate and completed in line with agreed timetables.
  • Design and execute effective and efficient controls to mitigate outsourcing and related IT/data risks so that the function operates within risk appetite and complies with risk and outsourcing policies.
  • Oversee and coordinate the quarterly Group reporting deliverables.
  • Coordinate and oversee the maintenance of General Leader, including analysis and implementation of annual chart of accounts changes.
  • Ensure actual or emerging risk and issues are proactively identified, communicated, and appropriately managed.

About you
  • Tertiary qualifications in a business management or other relevant discipline.
  • Significant experience in developing and implementing internal control and governance, policies and procedures based on the regulatory requirements and leading continuous improvement initiatives to ensure ongoing compliance.
  • Experience in managing outsource and/or offshore provider service levels and relationships.
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively partner and collaborate with stakeholders of varying levels of seniority to establish strong professional relationships and influence outcomes.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of communicating with audiences at all levels with clarity, impact, and influence.
  • Demonstrated ability to plan and prioritise effectively, organise tasks and manage competing resources and demands.
