What You Will Be Doing:
- Developing and executing a comprehensive IDEA strategy that aligns with ICON's mission and business objectives.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for enhancing diversity and inclusion within recruitment, retention, and development processes.
- Implementing training programs and workshops that educate employees on inclusion, equity, and cultural competence.
- Monitoring and analyzing diversity metrics to assess progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Building strong relationships with employee resource groups and community organizations to support outreach and engagement efforts.
- Degree in human resources, organizational development, social sciences, or a related field; advanced degree is a plus.
- Significant experience in diversity and inclusion, organizational development, or a related role.
- Strong knowledge of best practices in IDEA and the ability to apply them in a corporate setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Passion for fostering an inclusive culture and driving initiatives that promote equity and access.
