Duties

• Support recruiting efforts by participating in interviewing and onboarding new team members
• Lead by example in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction
• Collaborate with team members to achieve goals and improve performance
• Participate in training sessions focused on management skills such as budgeting, merchandising, and operational procedures
• Manage shift responsibilities including scheduling, supervising staff, and maintaining standards

Qualifications

• Previous supervisory or assistant manager experience within the retail industry is preferred but not required
• Strong communication skills with the ability to lead teams effectively and manage managerial tasks confidently
• Multilingual or bilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse customer bases
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently and manage time effectively
• Proven leadership qualities with a passion for developing others and fostering a positive team environment
