Your Role
As a team leader, you play an active part in the development of our Private Clients business, in providing full support to the Partner & Client Services Team, while meeting high compliance standards. Your main tasks will include:
  • Coordinating and supervising the daily activity of the team: including the new business acceptance, the daily contracts administration in accordance with procedures and timescales.
  • Proactively supporting our partners, our clients and our sales team; making sure that partners and clients queries are addressed in a professional and timely manner.
  • Coaching and developing team members
  • Assure a high level of client service and propose quality improvements
  • Being the escalation point for complex situations, for partners in case of critical issues and for auditors
  • Collaborating across the organization with other teams on projects (Legal, Compliance, Investment services, etc.)
Your Profile
  • Master degree or equivalent;
  • Minimum of 6 years of professional experience in the life insurance sector. Proven successful track-record as people manager.
  • Business fluency skills (written and verbal) in English. Any other language would be appreciated;
  • Highly accurate, organized, reliable and highly client driven;
  • Dynamic,flexible and collaborative with excellent team management skills;
