Committed to a lifecycle approach to asset management, we work to build, maintain and renew our world class community buildings and public spaces including parks, walkways, libraries and leisure centres.
We currently have a leadership opportunity for a skilled professional to join our team as the Manager of Planning and Reporting. This role holds significant importance as it encompasses responsibilities related to strategic development, risk management and non-financial performance reporting. We are seeking a dynamic individual who can lead a team, inspire innovation, and ensure the seamless flow of information to support decision-making.
As the Manager of Planning and Reporting, you will oversee non-financial performance tracking, planning, monitoring, and reporting for the department. This includes managing key performance indicators for contractors and responsibilities related to the Iauditor auditing tool. You will be responsible for local board reporting dashboards, data collection, and consolidation. Furthermore, you will play a critical role in automating data/information availability for Area Operations teams working with suppliers and local boards. Coordinating the department's risk register and business planning process will also be part of your responsibilities.
Your expertise will be vital in linking and consolidating all necessary information to provide a comprehensive view of operational performance.
