Manager / Senior Manager (Airport Ops Planning)
[What the role is]
You will play a pivotal role in creating operational capacity in the Changi air hub and elevating Changi’s status as a leading air hub of choice to passengers and airlines. Join our young and dynamic team to drive strategic coherence across the ecosystem and be the spark of new forms of systems thinking to achieve our mission!

[What you will be working on]
You will partner and work actively with the subject matter experts and companies to co-create and deliver high impact projects in the passenger, aircraft, and air cargo operational flows. You will work alongside the companies and team members in uncovering blind spots and gaps, and challenge conventional thinking and traditional practices. You will then translate the knowledge and insights into actionable plans for high operational performance across the ecosystem and drive its successful implementation. You will flex in different teams as an individual contributor, or peer leader. You will lead or support meetings for a robust discussion and credible exchange backed by data, insights, and objective opinions.

You would be part of the team to facilitate and ensure high service performance at Changi Airport.

[What we are looking for]
Requirements:
  • A strong interest and passion in value creation, creating systems-level impact.
  • Adaptable, receptive to ambiguity and change and working with multiple stakeholders.
  • At least 5 years of relevant working experience in systems and operations integration or systems re-design
  • Exposure to emergent new technologies in operational flows
  • Sound knowledge and good understanding of the air hub ecosystem.
  • Confident with high level of resourcefulness to drive projects and achieve results.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships to influence and drive collaboration.
  • Excellent written, communication and presentation skills
  • Independent but a strong team player
  • High level of perseverance, “can-do” attitude

Note: Your appointment designation will be commensurate with your relevant work experience. Successful candidates will be offered a 3-year contract in the first instance and may be considered for placement on a permanent tenure or subsequent contract renewal.
