In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- Lead and coordinate daily operations within the shipping and packaging function to ensure timely and accurate deliveries
- Oversee international shipments across air, sea, rail, and road, ensuring proper documentation and regulatory compliance
- Act as a key point of accountability for import/export trade compliance, customs clearance, and audit readiness
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to meet customer delivery expectations and resolve challenges proactively
- Drive continuous improvement by optimizing processes, systems (e.g., SAP), and workflows
- Support cost-effective logistics strategies in partnership with regional teams
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to improve service levels and operational efficiency
- Support global logistics initiatives, including supplier onboarding, training, and transit time improvements Foster a safe, inclusive, and high-performing team environment while supporting development and engagement

For This Role, You Will Need:
- Experience in shipping, logistics, freight forwarding, or a related field
- Demonstrated ability to lead or coordinate teams or projects in an operational environment
- Knowledge of international shipping processes, documentation, and compliance requirements
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, make informed decisions, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work across diverse teams and cultures
- Proficiency in English and Danish (written and spoken) A mindset focused on problem-solving, continuous improvement, and accountability
Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:
- Experience working with global logistics networks or regional supply chain operations
- Familiarity with trade compliance standards, customs regulations, and audit processes
- Experience using ERP or logistics systems such as SAP or transportation management tools
- Exposure to freight negotiation, cost optimization, or supplier management Additional language skills that support collaboration in diverse, international environments
