Summary

Perri's Corporation is seeking a highly skilled Director of Supply Chain Management to lead our supply chain operations from our headquarters in Concord. This pivotal role involves optimizing our procurement, manufacturing, and distribution processes to support our mission of delivering quality products.
Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive supply chain strategies aligned with company goals.
• Oversee procurement, inventory management, and logistics to ensure efficiency.
• Collaborate with production teams to optimize manufacturing processes.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives using lean manufacturing and process optimization.
• Manage supplier relationships and negotiate contracts to maximize value.
• Utilize ERP systems such as SAP and SAP ( Epicor preferred ) ERP to monitor supply chain performance.
• Analyze data and providing professional reports.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies.
• Qualifications
• Proven experience in supply chain management within a manufacturing environment.
• Minimum of 4-5 Years experience in Supply Chain Manager Role
• Minimum 4-5 years experience in managing a team of minimum 3-4 staff
• Strong knowledge and minimum 5 years of ERP systems experience, including SAP and SAP ERP.
• Expertise in procurement, demand planning, and process improvement.
• Negotiations experience with currency, freight and raw materials
• Proficiency with data analysis tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
• Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Ability to develop strategic initiatives that drive operational excellence.
• Experience with lean manufacturing principles is preferred.
• Able to travel to visit vendors

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $55,000.00-$65,000.00 per year

Work Location: In person
