Project Oversight:
- Oversight responsibility for projects across the practice.
- Oversee and assist engagement/project managers and team members when needed to identify project needs, reduce risk and develop solutions and strategies.
Sales Support:
- Support the RFP response and pursuit process for Consulting work.
Team Leadership:
- Assist in the recruitment, development, and management of a diverse, remote team of consultants supporting Workday applications.
- Lead and manage Managing Consultants to ensure consultants are adhering to the activities, processes and procedures outlined in Workday and the Cynergy Implementation Methodology.
- Drive team and individuals to achieve high customer satisfaction levels.
- Ability to establish immediate credibility with clients and within the company; can build consensus and achieve goals through influence.
- Ability to build trust-based relationship and identify and foster business development opportunities.
People Development:
- Perform role of mentor and coach.
- Analyse team skills and provide for cross training to maintain teams’ ability to staff projects appropriately.
- Advise management team on team members’ level of expertise and availability.
Performance Management:
- Direct the collection of performance feedback from customer and engagement/project manager on a quarterly basis or upon completion of project for your entire team.
- Direct the collection of all internal contributions for team members assuring data is received by HR on a quarterly basis.
- Drive bi-annual performance review process for the Consulting team
- Possess 3-5 years of Workday (or other ERP) Consulting implementation experience.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- Proven experience leading a virtual team.
- Possess sales engagement experience estimating and presenting to prospects
