With a brand-new store and impressive offering across butchery, seafood, bakery, deli, produce, grocery and liquor, we are excited to be serving the East Auckland community!

Are you a people person with a knack for great customer service? We’re looking for enthusiastic Customer Service Superstars to join the team! If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy interacting with a variety of people every day, this is the role for you!

Variety of shifts available:

Sunday to Thursday

9am -4pm

4pm – 10pm

Tuesday to Saturday

9am – 4pm

4pm – 10pm

The Role:

• Provide outstanding customer service, assisting customers where needed
• Handle customer enquiries and complaints appropriately, always ensuring positive interactions
• Ensure high presentation standards for the checkout department & store
• Build relationships with the wider team and leadership to get the very best results

What are we looking for:

• Proven customer service experience – (previous checkout experience is desirable)

• Reliable, honest and a good team player
• People-focused with great communication skills.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality

• Confidence and maturity to work unassisted at times
• Fluent in Mandarin and English
• Must be eligible to work in New Zealand
