We are hiring an experienced Manual & Functional Tester who can join immediately. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, deep understanding of testing processes, and hands-on experience in validating software functionality to ensure high-quality product delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Prepare and execute test cases, test scenarios, and test data.
• Perform manual testing, functional testing, regression testing, system testing, and UAT support.
• Identify, document, and track bugs using defect management tools.
• Collaborate with developers, project managers, and product teams to resolve issues.
• Ensure test coverage and maintain detailed test documentation.
• Participate in sprint planning, daily standups, and review meetings (Agile).
• Provide timely QA reports and updates to the team.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Over 5 years of hands-on experience in Manual and Functional Testing.
• Strong understanding of SDLC, STLC, test design techniques, and QA processes.
• Experience in testing web and mobile applications.
• Knowledge of defect tracking tools (JIRA, Bugzilla, or similar).
• Good understanding of database/SQL for basic data validation (preferred).
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and deliver quality results.

Additional Preferences

• Experience in Agile/Scrum methodology.
• Basic understanding of automation tools (optional, not mandatory).

Pay: ₹234,609.77 - ₹1,134,112.13 per year
