The Opportunity

The Healing Theory is a fast-growing, multi-disciplinary wellness clinic located in East York, Toronto. We’re seeking a skilled Manual Osteopathic Practitioner to join our collaborative team and help meet the growing demand for holistic care in our community. This is an exciting opportunity to build a thriving practice with cross-referral support from our established team of healthcare professionals.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide effective osteopathic assessment and treatment tailored to each patient.
• Educate clients on treatment plans, exercises, and preventative care.
• Collaborate with other practitioners to support patient-centered outcomes.
• Maintain accurate treatment notes and professional standards.
• Contribute to a supportive, positive, and healing clinic environment.

Requirements

• Degree/diploma in Osteopathy from a recognized institution.
• Membership in a professional osteopathy association (OAO or equivalent).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for holistic, patient-focused care.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with a team.
• Flexible schedule (evenings and weekends an asset).

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $85.00-$95.00 per hour
