We are looking for a reliable, team-oriented, and physically capable individual who can communicate effectively in English or Spanish to join our team. In this role, you will work with your supervisor and teammates to build top-of-the-line exterior shutters.

We are looking for a reliable, team-oriented, and physically capable individual who can communicate effectively in English or Spanish to join our team. In this role, you will work with your supervisor and teammates to build top-of-the-line exterior shutters.
We Offer:
- Full-time, year-round employment
- 401K after 1 year
- Paid training
- Pay review after 90 days
- Learn and build various types of external shutters
- Complete requests in a timely fashion while meeting quality standards
- Adhere to safety policies and procedures
- Maintain a clean and safe work area
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Communicate effectively in English or Spanish
- Must maintain excellent attendance
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Ability to handle physical workload and routinely lift up to 50 lbs with minimal assistance
- Ability to work overtime as necessary
- Read standard tape measure and use nail guns and various hand tools for assembly
- Must be able to legally work in the United States
