A dynamic and innovative company is looking for a highly motivated and hands-on Manufacturing Engineer to support a variety of manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and at least 3 years' experience in a medium to high-volume Mechanical/Electronic production environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Optimize and improve existing manufacturing processes for current products
- Develop and validate manufacturing processes for new or upgraded products
- Assist in the design, implementation, and upkeep of mechanical/electrical assembly jigs, fixtures, and custom test equipment
- Perform process analysis and produce reports on product quality
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to enhance quality standards and promote continuous improvements
- Partner with product designers to ensure product designs are optimized for efficient assembly
Required Qualifications:
- Strong technical foundation with a minimum of 3 years' experience in a medium to high-volume Mechanical/Electronic manufacturing setting
- A degree in Mechanical/Production Engineering or a closely related field
- Solid experience in applying problem-solving techniques
- A positive, proactive attitude and a collaborative approach to teamwork
- Practical, hands-on engineering skills
Desirable Qualifications:
- Proficiency with 3D CAD software
- Knowledge of six sigma principles and tools
- Hands-on experience with lathe, milling machines, and other workshop tools
- Experience designing and implementing assembly fixtures

Education Requirements:
- Degree-level qualification in Mechanical/Production Engineering or a related field
Experience:
- At least 3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment (preferred)
