Ex-Cel Plastics Ltd, part of the global Jain Irrigation Systems Ltd, is hiring full-time General Operatives to join our growing manufacturing team in Carrickmacross. This is a great opportunity to join an established business with international reach.

Role Overview:

As a General Operative, you will support the manufacturing process, ensuring quality production and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Complete role-specific training
• Operate machinery and assist production as instructed
• Perform product handling, quality checks, and labelling
• Prepare finished goods for dispatch
• Maintain high standards of safety, housekeeping, and documentation
• Follow company policies and procedures

What We’re Looking For

• Manufacturing experience in a similar environment (preferred)
• Attention to detail and ability to meet targets
• Strong work ethic and initiative
• Good time management and team spirit
• Flexibility and willingness to learn
• Forklift licence (an advantage)

Shift:

8-hour rotational shift: Mon–Fri (6am–2pm, 2pm–10pm, or 10pm–6am)

14.15 per hour plus shift allowance bonus
