Job Title: Manufacturing / Process Engineer
Job Description:
We are hiring a Manufacturing Engineer to support and manage product transfer as well as the optimization of manufacturing processes to ensure efficient production, cost effectiveness, and high product quality. This role involves working closely with design, quality, and production teams to optimize workflows, implement lean manufacturing practices, and support continuous improvement initiatives. The role will involve some travel.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and optimize manufacturing processes to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and maintain quality standards.
- Design and implement tooling, fixtures, and equipment to support production.
- Analyze production data and troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime.
- Support new product introductions and ensure smooth transition to full-scale manufacturing.
- Drive process improvements through Lean, Six Sigma, and other best practices.
- Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and quality standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve technical and operational challenges.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
- Experience in manufacturing, process engineering, or production support.
- Knowledge of Lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement methodologies.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in process documentation tools.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: €52,000.00-€65,000.00 per year
