ESSENTIAL DUTIES:

• Calculation and evaluation of statistical data for process assessment and improvement. Collection and reporting of PPAP data using customer supplied forms and procedures.
• Quality System improvements through the application of AI tools.
• Learn the AS9100 Quality Management System. Assist the ISO Management Representative in system administration.
• Assist in handling customer and supplier quality related issues; including onsite visits, corrective actions, and returned goods processing.
• Special Projects as assigned by the Company President or Quality Manager.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree and/or a minimum of two years’ quality experience, preferably in a machine/job shop environment.
• Skills in the application of AI tools to assist in and/or perform routine tasks.
• Ability to work with a high volume of documents in a fast paced environment
• Strong written , verbal , time management and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of GD&T print interpretation, CAD Models , Statistical technique and Software, Programming CMM’s.
• Perform job including AS9100 audits

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
