ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
- Calculation and evaluation of statistical data for process assessment and improvement. Collection and reporting of PPAP data using customer supplied forms and procedures.
- Quality System improvements through the application of AI tools.
- Learn the AS9100 Quality Management System. Assist the ISO Management Representative in system administration.
- Assist in handling customer and supplier quality related issues; including onsite visits, corrective actions, and returned goods processing.
- Special Projects as assigned by the Company President or Quality Manager.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree and/or a minimum of two years’ quality experience, preferably in a machine/job shop environment.
- Skills in the application of AI tools to assist in and/or perform routine tasks.
- Ability to work with a high volume of documents in a fast paced environment
- Strong written , verbal , time management and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of GD&T print interpretation, CAD Models , Statistical technique and Software, Programming CMM’s.
- Perform job including AS9100 audits
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $70,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
