Key Roles/Responsibilities:
- Lead their team of direct reports
- Management of staff including direction, performance management and feedback, motivation and training
- Effectively communicate within area of responsibility and across Business Partners and Service Providers
- Goal Setting, prioritisation, planning, resourcing and review of process performance metrics.
- Maintain Manufacturing quality and Product Performance to agreed product performance standards
- Lead deviation investigations ensuring that they a closed in a timely manner.
- Review draft batch documentation and provide useful insight
- Compliance to all Health & Safety, Quality and Regulatory requirements.
- Continuously improve manufacturing operations to deliver gains in either a reduction in cost and time or increase in quality.
- Define appropriate Training programmes to ensure competency to future business needs
- Delivering Manufacturing output to Schedule
