DuPont Spectrum is a comprehensive medical plastic component manufacturer with value add. Our Tullamore plant which is ISO certified to 13485 and operates in certified class 8 and class 7 cleanrooms, has vacancies for Manufacturing Team Members working a 3 cycle rotating mid week pattern.

RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES

• The day to day running of the Extrusion manufacturing processes.
• Perform tasks in accordance with procedures to produce components conforming to drawings and specifications.
• Ensure compliance with applicable regulatory requirements.
• Ensure compliance with agreed customer requirements.
• Maintaining efficiency and meeting production targets.
• Maintaining all aspects of health & safety.
• Reporting equipment faults and follow up for quick resolution.
• Maintaining all aspects of quality control measurements
• Any other duties as required.

COMPETENCIES

• Good mechanical aptitude.
• Ability to monitor quality control specifications and document results.
• Strong team player with good communication skills

QUALIFICATIONS SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS

• Previous working knowledge of extrusion desirable.
• Experience of working in a controlled environment (cleanroom) an advantage.
