We pay between $16-17 an hour for Shift Lead position.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations during shifts, ensuring smooth service and adherence to company standards.
• Train and supervise staff, fostering a positive work environment and enhancing team performance.
• Manage food preparation and service, ensuring quality and compliance with health regulations.
• Handle inventory control and cash management, optimizing resources and minimizing waste.
• Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly, maintaining high levels of satisfaction.
• Collaborate with management to implement operational improvements and staff development initiatives.
• MUST BE ABLE TO WORK TILL 12:30AM
• MUST BE ABLE TO WORK FRIDAY - SUNDAY plus another 2 shifts during the week
• MUST HAVE PIZZA EXPERIENCE IN LAST 12 MONTHS

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
