​The Role at a Glance
​As a Marine Executive, you will be the bridge between our technical operations, our vendors, and our clients. You will ensure that the "paperwork" of the sea—from the initial quote to the final invoice—moves as smoothly as our vessels.
​Key Responsibilities

• ​Operational Support:Coordinate daily marine operations and ensure compliance with maritime regulations and company standards.
• ​Financial Documentation:Prepare accurate service quotationsand client invoicesbased on operational logs and contract terms.
• ​Accounts Payable Support:Verify and process vendor invoices, ensuring all charges align with agreed-upon rates and services rendered.
• ​Client Relations:Serve as a primary point of contact for client queries, providing timely updates and resolving billing or operational discrepancies with a professional touch.
• ​Record Keeping:Maintain meticulous digital and physical records of vessel activities and financial transactions.

​What You’ll Need (Requirements)

• ​Experience:Minimum 1 yearof professional experience in marine operationsor shipping agency work.
• ​Technical Skills:Proficiency in MS Office (specifically Excel) and familiarity with maritime ERP software or accounting systems.
• ​Attention to Detail:Ability to spot a decimal error from a nautical mile away.
• ​Communication:Strong written and verbal communication skills to handle diverse

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
