Job Title: Marine Superitendent ( Hot Works)
Location: United Arab Emirates
Experience Required: 5+ years experience, specifically in steel fabrication.

Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Superintendent to oversee and execute steel fabrication projects in vessels. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of project execution, ensuring timely delivery, maintaining quality standards, and staying within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, schedule, and coordinate steel fabrication projects from initiation to completion.
• Collaborate with engineers, fabricators, and clients to ensure project requirements are met.
• Monitor project progress and resolve issues to maintain timelines.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Prepare and manage budgets, resource allocation, and reporting.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering/Management or related field.
• Proven track record of managing steel fabrication projects.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with specific tools/software, e.g., AutoCAD, MS Project.
• Knowledge of relevant industry codes and safety standards.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹350,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per month
