Duties

• Review and process warranty claims in accordance with company policies and procedures.
• Maintain accurate records of warranty claims, including documentation and correspondence.
• Communicate with customers regarding the status of their claims and provide updates as necessary.
• Collaborate with service departments to gather necessary information for claim resolution.
• Analyze warranty data to identify trends and recommend improvements to reduce future claims.
• Assist in training staff on warranty processes and procedures as needed.
• Ensure compliance with manufacturer guidelines and internal policies related to warranties.

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple claims simultaneously.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective interaction with customers and team members.

• Previous experience in a warranty administration or similar role is required. Two years minimum.
