You will be part of the Market Intelligence department, which mission is to provide knowledge and insights to foster innovation and support the economic development of Luxembourg. To strengthen the team, we are looking for a Market Intelligence Manager (m/f). As Market Intelligence Manager, you will be responsible for leading the team in collecting, analyzing, and disseminating crucial information on innovation ecosystems and market trends to enhance collective decision-making.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Strategic leadership & project management

• With the help of the Market Intelligence Director, define, implement, and oversee the strategic roadmap of the Market Intelligence department.

• Lead, structure, and monitor market intelligence projects in alignment with Luxinnovation’s strategic goals.

• Manage multiple high-impact projects simultaneously and ensure timely execution.

Team management & coordination

• Supervise and mentor Market Intelligence analysts, fostering a collaborative and results-driven work environment.

• Ensure seamless coordination between Market Intelligence, other Luxinnovation departments and key stakeholders in the national innovation ecosystem.

Knowledge development & insights generation

• Provide strategic insights and relevant analyses in consideration of both EU and national contexts, ensuring alignment with Luxinnovation’s objectives.

• Act as a key knowledge provider, leveraging diverse data sources to create impactful reports, dashboards, and strategic indicators.

Innovation & process improvement

• Enhance data collection, structuring, processing and reporting methodologies to improve efficiency and reliability.

• Ensure continuous development of the Luxinnovation Knowledge Hub, delivering high-value insights for internal and external stakeholders.

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

• You have a master’s degree in economics, econometrics, economic intelligence, business intelligence, or a related field.

• You have a strong background in market intelligence, strategic analysis, or economic research, with a proven track record in team and project management.

• You are skilled in managing and developing teams, promoting both individual and collective performance.

• You have a keen ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights that drive strategic decision-making.

• You are proficient in databases management, data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau) and Microsoft Office Suite. A good command of AI tools to support market intelligence analyses is considered as an additional asset.

• You have a good understanding of current Luxembourg’s economic ecosystems, as well as with the main strategic orientations for the national economic development.

• Your communication and presentation skills allow you to make data-driven insights accessible to different audiences.

• You are fluent in English (spoken and written); knowledge of French or German is a plus.
