Market Research Analyst

Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-depth market research and share insights with the marketing, product, and sales teams on a regular basis
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and sales, to inform strategic planning and marketing campaigns, and logies to identify opportunities for innovation and growth.
• Assist in the development of marketing strategies based on research findings.
• Present research data findings and insights during company-wide meetings.
• Create, edit, and proofread marketing content, including blog posts, articles, infographics, and videos.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer feedback to refine marketing strategies and product positioning.
• Update tracking reports daily to reflect prospective clients, leads, and sales metrics.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Business, Economics, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in a market research role, with a demonstrated ability to write comprehensive market research reports.
• Experience of writing competitor and market analysis reports is preferred.
• Experience in fintech industry, with exposure to the payment industry is a plus.
• A strong data-driven mindset, with the ability to write reports and trends recommendations with facts and analytical insights.
• Adaptability to work in a fast-paced and changing environment, with the ability to work independently.
• Excellent learning abilities and a team-oriented mindset.
• Prefer with experience of using tools like Jira, Monday, dashboards and data visualizations in Excel
