Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 7 years of experience in data analytics, Trust and Safety, policy, regulations, cybersecurity, escalations, or related fields.
- Ability to communicate in English and Korean fluently to support client relationship management in this region.
- Knowledge of current and emerging policy trends relating to online content platforms and digital media.
- Ability to build relationships with cross-functional partners across geographies.
- Ability to operate proactively in a fast-paced environment, and executing cross-functional projects and operate proactively in an environment.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to use data to drive strategy and business action, experience with SQL and spreadsheet softwares.

Responsibilities
- Monitor intel sources, work with cross-functional teams, and leverage native market to identify abuse trends in the Korea market, monitor emerging sensitive events, and highlight risks to the YouTube ecosystem and Trust and Safety.
- Speak Korean and English fluently in order to communicate and identify propose policy improvements based on market nuances, and support language detection, automation, language quality improvements, and local product launches.
- Prepare for major upcoming events in the market, support sensitive escalations and drive launch of news related product features for the Korea Market
- Triage threats, prepare risk assessments, and action plans based on market knowledge, including regional events and escalations, and act as the main point of contact.
- This role will be exposed to graphic, controversial, or upsetting content.
