We are currently looking for a Marketing Account Coordinator to act as the communication bridge between our clients and our internal team. This is a part-time role ideal for someone highly organized, responsive, and comfortable managing multiple moving pieces at once.

Role Overview

The Marketing Account Coordinator will manage client accounts and serve as the primary point of contact for day-to-day communication.

This role is heavily focused on:

  • Client communication
  • Internal coordination
  • Deliverable tracking
  • Light project management
  • Social media coordination support
  • Production day organization

You will ensure client requests are properly documented, clearly communicated internally, and delivered on time.

Key Responsibilities

Client Communication

  • Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients
  • Monitor and respond to client emails in a timely and professional manner
  • Clarify client requests and ensure expectations are aligned
  • Maintain strong, organized communication threads
  • Follow up proactively on approvals, feedback, and deadlines

Account & Project Coordination

  • Manage multiple active client accounts simultaneously
  • Track deliverables, deadlines, and approvals
  • Translate client requests into clear internal briefs
  • Assign tasks to the appropriate internal team members
  • Ensure projects move smoothly through production stages

Social Media Coordination Support

  • Assist with social media content planning and scheduling
  • Coordinate approvals for social media calendars
  • Organize client feedback and revisions
  • Support content organization and documentation

Client-Facing Documents

  • Prepare presentations, planning documents, recap decks, and reports
  • Format documents to align with agency standards
  • Ensure materials are clear, organized, and client-ready

Production Day Coordination

  • Help organize production days (photo/video shoots)
  • Confirm logistics, timelines, and deliverables
  • Coordinate between creative team and client
  • Ensure smooth execution and follow-up

What We’re Looking For

  • 1–3 years of experience in marketing, account coordination, or project coordination
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly responsive and detail-oriented
  • Comfortable managing multiple projects at once
  • Ability to prioritize and stay organized under deadlines
  • Strong Google Workspace
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and marketing workflows
  • Experience with project management tools (Asana) is an asset
  • Experience with photo editing software Lightroom and Photoshop is an asset
  • Familiarity with FinalCutProX video editing software is a bonus
