Kenco is a growing service-based company providing specialized industrial and project support services. We are known for reliability, safety, and strong customer relationships. We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Marketing & Administrative Assistant to support our sales, marketing, and office operations.

Position Summary
The Marketing & Administrative Assistant will provide day-to-day administrative support while assisting with marketing initiatives, customer communications, and internal coordination. This role is ideal for someone organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced business environment.

Key Responsibilities

Administrative Duties

  • Provide general office and administrative support to management
  • Prepare correspondence, reports, proposals, and presentations
  • Manage calendars, scheduling, filing, and document control
  • Assist with invoicing, data entry, and maintaining internal records
  • Answer and direct phone calls and emails professionally

Marketing & Sales Support

  • Assist with preparing marketing materials, proposals, and customer communications
  • Update and maintain CRM and customer databases
  • Support website updates, social media posts, and email campaigns
  • Coordinate trade shows, client events, and promotional activities
  • Track leads, follow-ups, and marketing metrics

Qualifications & Skills

  • Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred
  • 1–3 years of experience in an administrative and/or marketing support role
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Experience with CRM systems and social media platforms an asset
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
  • Professional demeanor and strong customer service skills
