Introduction:

Cater Care is experiencing an exciting period of growth across our varied multi-site and multi-industry operations, and we are looking for a Marketing Advisor - Social Media to join our Brisbane Corporate Office.

This is a dynamic, newly created role offering a unique mix of strategic consulting and hands-on execution. You won't be working off existing scripts; instead, you will have the room and variety to shape our social media presence and campaigns on platforms like Instagram.

Description:
What You Will Do

Take the Lead: Coordinate and publish optimised social media content tailored to channel specifications and best practices across various platforms
Create & Innovate: Enhance our brand presence across all entities by creating visually engaging and consistent content
Strategise: Select optimal content forms—such as text-only, single/multi-image, native videos, or reposting third-party content—to best suit each channel
Collaborate: Work closely with internal customers to review and refine our posting approach to boost engagement
Analyse & Optimise: Use software to manage content placement, review engagement data to measure performance, and leverage insights from our external digital marketing agency partners

Skills and Experiences:
What You Will Bring

Experience: Proven background in managing social media functions within a business context. You should be comfortable supporting a business's social media undertakings and managing competing deadlines
Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, an eye for detail, and the ability to prioritise. Working knowledge of Google workplace is essential, and experience with Adobe Creative Suite is a distinct advantage
Attitude: A positive, team-focused, and customer-oriented mindset, with a willingness to take on new challenges in an exciting and evolving environment
Education: A Social Media or Marketing qualification is highly desirable, though equivalent work experience is also warmly welcomed
