We are currently seeking a skilled Marketing Analyst to join our growing team and play a vital role in shaping our marketing strategies through data-driven insights.

As a Marketing Analyst, you will be responsible for analysing market trends, customer behaviour, and campaign performance to provide actionable insights that will guide our marketing initiatives. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to enhance our marketing effectiveness and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, consumer preferences, and competitive dynamics.
Analyse data from various sources (e.g., Google Analytics, social media metrics, CRM systems) to assess campaign performance and ROI.
Develop and maintain dashboards and reports that track key marketing metrics and KPIs.
Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to support campaign development and optimisation.
Provide recommendations based on data analysis to improve marketing strategies and tactics.
Assist in the development of customer segmentation and targeting strategies.
Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies to inform future marketing efforts.
Present findings and insights to stakeholders in a clear and compelling manner.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field.
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools .
Experience with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment with cross-functional teams.
Familiarity with data visualisation tools is a plus.
Strong attention to detail and a passion for data-driven decision-making.
