- Keep the rhythm: Ensure reporting and presentations are delivered on time and with precision.
- Bridge the gap: Connect stakeholders, agencies, and internal teams so insights move quickly and confidently.
- Elevate communication: Turn numbers into compelling visuals and summaries that resonate with decision-makers.
- Grow into analytics: Learn the craft of analysis while supporting the team’s most critical operational and strategic priorities.
- Recurring Reporting:
- Own the monthly and weekly reporting cadence for marketing performance (KPI packs, campaign summaries).
- Validate data accuracy and ensure outputs meet quality standards.
- Presentation Preparation:
- Build clear, visually compelling decks for leadership meetings, strategic reviews, and performance updates.
- Summarize insights into concise, actionable narratives.
- Analysis Support:
- Perform basic data queries and trend analyses to answer quick-turn business questions.
- Highlight anomalies and “so-what” insights for senior analysts.
- Internal & External Coordination:
- Schedule meetings, track timelines, and follow up on deliverables across internal teams and external partners (agencies, vendors).
- Maintain a shared calendar and status tracker for all reporting and presentation deliverables.
- Documentation & Process Enablement:
- Create and maintain templates, FAQs, and process guides for reporting and presentations.
- Support continuous improvement of workflows and communication.
- Technical Basics:
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with Power BI and GA4/Ads data sources.
- Intermediate SQL
- Google Analytics is a plus
- Communication & Organization:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills (bilingual EN/FR) – Canadian and International clientele
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and follow through on commitments.
- Mindset:
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn advanced analytics and BI tools.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
