Job Overview
We're a friendly design studio, aiming to grow. We are seeking a creative Marketing, PR & Social Media Manager to join the team. Most importantly you will be familiar with the luxury goods market and high worth clients. You must have a good eye for design and style and interiors/architectural or design knowledge/interest is important. You will lead and develop our brand, attracting high end clientele, researching ad placement and managing the marketing budget.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective social media strategies to enhance our online presence and engage with our audience. This role requires a strong understanding of public relations and social media management, as well as the ability to analyse data and adapt strategies accordingly.
Website creation and development knowledge also essential (this can be done in tandem with a web designer).
We're aiming to move in to a new Studio early next year, and it would be desirable to have you there for a one day a week, although WFH at times will be possible. Plus working on location to create content. This is a great opportunity to join a fast growing team, and more hours may be available as we progress. PLEASE NOTE : Pay will be hourly or on a daily rate to be discussed at interview. Please include your rates at application stage. Start in December or January '25.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.
- Create, curate, and manage published content across various platforms including Press, Instagram, LinkedIn and our website.
- Monitor social media channels for trends, customer feedback, and engagement opportunities.
- Ensure brand consistency in messaging and visuals.
- Organise photography and shoots.
- Analyse social media metrics to assess performance and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, tools, and best practices in social media marketing.
- Assist in managing public relations efforts by crafting press releases and coordinating with media outlets as needed.
Experience
- Proven experience in marketing and social media management or a related field is essential.
- Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative ideas for content creation.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Proficiency in using social media management tools and analytics platforms.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: £5,000.00-£10,000.00 per year
