We are looking for an energetic and proactive Community & Marketing Manager to lead community engagement, marketing initiatives, and centre growth at our Kollam location. The ideal candidate should be passionate about people, content, events, and business development, with the ability to drive occupancy, strengthen the brand, and create a thriving member community.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Development & Growth

  • Support occupancy growth through lead generation, centre tours, follow-ups, and sales conversions.
  • Build partnerships with local businesses, startups, institutions, and professional communities.
  • Assist in achieving occupancy, revenue, and member retention targets.
  • Identify opportunities to improve brand awareness and generate new business.

Community & Member Experience

  • Act as the primary point of contact for members and visitors.
  • Build strong relationships with members and ensure a positive coworking experience.
  • Plan and execute networking events, workshops, meetups, and community initiatives.
  • Drive member engagement and retention through regular interactions and activities.

Marketing & Content

  • Manage the centre’s social media presence by planing and coordinating content creation including photos, videos, reels, testimonials, and campaigns with the central team.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to execute brand campaigns and promotional activities.
  • Develop innovative local marketing strategies to increase visibility and engagement.
  • Monitor content performance and identify opportunities for improvement.

Operations & Administration

  • Support the smooth day-to-day functioning of the centre.
  • Coordinate with vendors and support teams as required.
  • Maintain operational standards and ensure a professional environment for members and guests.
  • Prepare basic reports related to marketing, events, occupancy, and member engagement.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing, customer experience, community management, hospitality, events, coworking, business development, or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good understanding of social media platforms and content creation.
  • Ability to manage events and engage with diverse stakeholders.
  • Self-driven, organized, and capable of taking ownership.
  • Photography, videography, design, or digital marketing skills will be an added advantage.
