We’re looking for a Marketing & Ops Manager who believes in our mission to join our dynamic team in Singapore.

Marketing & Ops Manager

As the Marketing & Ops Manager, you’ll play a key role in both brand growth and daily operations in Asia.

Reporting directly to the Founder, you will drive brand growth, cultivate key partnerships, and oversee marketing execution while ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

This role is perfect for someone who is creative, has a strong aesthetic vision and copywriting skills, passionate about creating meaningful partnerships, self-motivated and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Jon scope includes:

• Manage our social media accounts (Instagram, TikTok) and engage with our community.
• Manage and execute our influencer marketing strategy
• Play a key role in content creation—from brainstorming to execution (including shooting & editing videos)
• Identify and secure strategic partnerships with complementary brands, businesses, publications, influencers and retailers to expand our reach.
• Supervise our customer service staff and ensure day-to-day operations run smoothly
• Event coordination e.g., retail events and pop-ups
• Support email marketing campaigns and customer engagement strategies

Requirements

• Strong creative background, especially ingraphic design and content creation for advertising
• Video editing on Capcut and Adobe Premiere Pro
• Ad creative development - ability to craft compelling hooks and design eye-catching visuals
• Strong copywriting and communication skills
• At least 3 years of social media marketing experience
