Duties

• Develop and implement comprehensive multichannel marketing campaigns, including social media marketing, content marketing, and email marketing strategies to engage diverse audiences.
• Manage digital advertising efforts such as Google AdWords, Facebook Advertising, and print advertising to maximize reach and ROI.
• Optimize website content using SEO best practices and maintain the company’s WordPress site, ensuring it is current, user-friendly, and aligned with marketing goals.
• Utilize marketing automation tools to streamline campaigns, nurture leads, and improve conversion rates.
• Conduct research on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to inform marketing strategies and sales approaches.
• Collaborate with product management teams to develop compelling sales materials and promotional content that highlight product features and benefits.
• Analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics and other analytics tools; prepare reports to measure success and identify areas for improvement.
• Support the sales team with lead generation activities, advertising sales efforts, and client outreach initiatives to boost revenue streams.

Requirements

• Proven experience in digital marketing disciplines such as SEO, social media marketing, content marketing, and performance marketing.
• Must have strong knowledge of Microsoft stack, PowerBI and automation
• Strong knowledge of advertising platforms including Google AdWords and Facebook Advertising.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) for creating engaging visual content.
• Familiarity with WordPress website management, HTML basics, and e-commerce platforms.
• Experience with marketing automation tools and analytics platforms like Google Analytics.
• Excellent copywriting skills with the ability to craft compelling messages for diverse audiences.
• Ability to conduct thorough research on market trends and customer insights to inform strategic decisions.
• Strong organizational skills with experience in budgeting for campaigns and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
