We’re passionate about delivering great products and exceptional service, and we’re looking for someone who shares that commitment. We are seeking a motivated and detail‑oriented Marketing & Sales Support professional to join our team, develop and lead our marketing initiatives, and support our sales operations.

Position Overview

In this role, you’ll manage and execute the company’s marketing activities to promote our brand, products, and services. You’ll also support the Sales Team through customer communication, outreach, and day‑to‑day coordination. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment, thinks creatively, and is focused on achieving results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct market research on competitors, customer segments, and industry trends
  • Compile data summaries and reports to develop marketing strategies
  • Develop presentations, proposals, and marketing materials
  • Plan and lead email campaigns, promotions, and product launches
  • Assist with social media content planning, posting, and engagement
  • Support outreach efforts to teams, partners, and potential clients
  • Respond to customer inquiries via email and phone
  • Assist with preparing quotes, proposals, and order details
  • Manage the end‑to‑end order workflow, ensuring accuracy, timely updates, and a positive customer experience
  • Maintain accurate customer records, CRM data, and order tracking
  • Collaborate with design, production, and logistics teams to ensure smooth order flow
  • Provide general administrative support to improve workflow and customer experience

Qualifications

  • Completion of a post‑secondary education in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in marketing
  • 1-2 years of experience in sales support or customer service
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfortable making outreach calls and managing customer interactions
  • Strong research and analytical abilities
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace; CRM experience is an asset
  • Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
  • Proactive, adaptable, and able to work both independently and collaboratively

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45.00-$55.00 per hour
