Position Overview
We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Social Media Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should be skilled in managing social media platforms, creating visually engaging content using Canva or Photoshop, and have a basic understanding of SEO to optimize our online presence.

Key Responsibilities

1. Social Media Management

• Develop, plan, and execute social media strategies to increase brand visibility and engagement.
• Manage and update social media accounts on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and others.
• Monitor social media trends, audience behavior, and competitor activities to improve strategies.
• Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.

2. Content Creation & Design

• Design visually appealing posts, banners, and other marketing materials using Canva or Photoshop.
• Create engaging captions, hashtags, and stories to resonate with target audiences.
• Coordinate with the team to ensure content aligns with brand guidelines and marketing goals.

3. SEO Integration

• Apply basic SEO principles to social media content to improve visibility and ranking.
• Optimize posts with relevant keywords and metadata.
• Collaborate with the SEO team to align content strategies.

4. Performance Analysis

• Track and analyze the performance of social media campaigns using analytics tools.
• Prepare regular reports detailing reach, engagement, and growth metrics.
• Provide insights and recommendations for improving future campaigns.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Proven experience managing social media platforms for a brand or organization.
• Proficiency in Canva, Photoshop, or similar design tools.
• Basic understanding of SEO concepts, including keywords, metadata, and optimization techniques.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with social media scheduling tools like Hootsuite, Buffer, or similar platforms.
• Familiarity with social media advertising tools like Facebook Ads Manager or Google Ads.
• Knowledge of basic video editing tools is a plus.
