Marketing Assistant

Key Responsibilities:

• Campaign Support: Assist in the creation and execution of marketing campaigns across multiple channels (email, social media, digital ads, etc.).
• Content Creation: Help develop content for blogs, newsletters, social media posts, and website updates.
• Social Media Management: Schedule and manage daily posts, interact with followers, and track engagement metrics.
• Market Research: Conduct competitor analysis and industry trend research to identify opportunities and insights for marketing strategies.
• Data Analysis: Monitor and report on campaign performance, customer feedback, and other marketing metrics.
• Event Coordination: Assist in the planning and coordination of promotional events, webinars, and trade shows.
• Administrative Support: Manage marketing files, assist with the preparation of presentations, and coordinate logistics for marketing meetings.
• Sales Support: Preparing sales materials to present to customers, tracking leads, and maintaining customer databases.

Qualifications:

• Local Diploma in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
• 1+ years of experience in a marketing or communications role (internships included).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Familiarity with social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.) and digital marketing tools.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative mindset with attention to detail and an ability to meet deadlines.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Pay: $2,674.88 - $5,172.81 per month
