Marketing & Lead Generation Assistant

Role Overview

We are seeking a driven and proactive Marketing Assistant to join our surveillance solutions team. Your primary mission is to fuel our growth by identifying and engaging high-quality leads. Working directly under the guidance of the Company Director, you will be the first point of contact for potential clients, ensuring every inquiry is handled with professionalism and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Targeted Lead Generation: Execute outreach strategies to identify potential B2B or B2C clients (as per Director’s guidance) using LinkedIn, industry databases, and digital platforms.
• Inbound Response Management: Act as the primary gatekeeper for all incoming inquiries via phone, email, and social media.
• Client Interaction: Conduct initial discovery calls to understand customer needs and qualify their interest in our surveillance services.
• Database Management: Maintain an organized CRM or lead sheet, ensuring all contact details and interaction histories are up to date.
• Appointment Setting: Coordinate schedules between qualified leads and the Director/Technical team for high-level consultations.
• Brand Ambassadorship: Communicate the value of our security and surveillance products clearly, concisely, and persuasively.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Excellent Communication: Strong verbal and written English (or local language) with a polite, professional phone manner.
• Persuasiveness: A "hunter" mindset—you aren't afraid to pick up the phone or send a cold message to a targeted prospect.
• Tech Savvy: Familiarity with CRM tools, social media platforms, and basic lead-scraping techniques.
• Reliability: Ability to follow specific instructions from the Director while maintaining the autonomy to hit daily outreach targets.
• Discretion: Given the nature of the surveillance industry, a high level of confidentiality and integrity is mandatory.

Pay: ₹120,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per year
