ViFi is transforming the finance services industry with its innovative Virtual Finance Office (VFO) solution. We provide businesses with an alternative to traditional accounting, offering a fully scalable service tailored to their needs. With a strong presence in the Food & Beverage sector, we are modern, approachable, and forward-thinking. We’re looking for a Marketing Assistant to help grow our brand and develop alongside us.

Role Overview

As Marketing Assistant, you’ll support the development and execution of marketing campaigns that increase brand awareness and client engagement. This role offers the opportunity to build your skills across a variety of marketing areas, with guidance from our leadership team and external agency partners.

Key Responsibilities

1. Content Creation & Social Media

  • Creating and scheduling engaging content for social media channels, including LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook.
  • Draft and edit blog posts, email newsletters, and client-facing communications.
  • Ensure content aligns with ViFi’s brand voice and target audience.

2. Campaign Support

  • Help coordinate marketing campaigns, including email, social media, and print.
  • Collaborate with the leadership team to brainstorm ideas for new campaigns and promotional activities.
  • Track campaign performance and report on key metrics.

3. Website & Digital Marketing

  • Update website content (with support provided).
  • Assist with basic SEO tasks, working closely with our external agency for more advanced needs.
  • Support the creation and optimisation of Google Ads and other paid campaigns.

4. Events & Outreach

  • Support the planning and execution of events.
  • Help prepare promotional materials and event logistics.
  • Assist in promoting ViFi’s sponsorships and partnerships.

5. Research & Insights

  • Conduct research on market trends, competitors, and industry updates to inform marketing strategies.
  • Analyse and report on the performance of marketing activities, providing insights for improvement.

What We’re Looking For:

Essential Skills & Qualities

  • A passion for marketing and a desire to learn and grow in the field.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency with social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.)
  • Design abilities for creations including flyers etc.
  • A keen eye for detail and creativity.

Desirable Skills (But Not Essential)

  • Basic experience with email marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp).
  • Familiarity with analytics tools like Google Analytics or social media insights.
  • Basic graphic design or video editing skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: £25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
