Marketing Associate – Innovation & Growth
We’re on the hunt for a Marketing Associate with a passion for innovation, AI, and growth marketing. You’ll roll up your sleeves and learn fast—executing campaigns that generate leads, build awareness, and fuel our sales team.
What you’ll do:
- Launch and optimise email campaigns, cold outreach, and social content.
- Work with our GM and Fractional CMO to test, learn, and scale tactics.
- Use automation tools and AI to create content and campaigns.
- Experiment with new channels, bring fresh ideas, and measure impact.
- Collaborate with sales to make sure campaigns deliver real results.
What you’ll bring:
- Recently graduated or 1–2 years’ experience in marketing.
- Passion for digital marketing, automation, and innovation.
- Great writing skills and curiosity to learn fast.
- A hands-on, “let’s make it happen” attitude.
