Complete Plumbing Solutions is a fast-growing, family-run business based in Cork. Over the last three years, we have established ourselves as one of Cork’s leading plumbing, heating and renewable energy companies, delivering high-quality workmanship and exceptional customer service across domestic and commercial projects.

Due to continued growth, we are seeking an enthusiastic and organised Marketing & Office Support Assistant to join our team at our Blackpool retail park office.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys both marketing and administration and wants to play a key role in a growing local business.

About the Role

The successful candidate will assist with the day-to-day marketing activities of the business while also providing administrative support to our office team.

The role will involve helping us showcase our work across social media platforms, maintaining our online presence, supporting customer communications, and assisting with general office administration.

Key ResponsibilitiesMarketing

  • Create and schedule engaging content for Facebook, Instagram and other social media platforms.
  • Upload project photos, videos and customer success stories.
  • Assist with website updates and blog content.
  • Manage and encourage customer review requests.
  • Help develop marketing campaigns for our plumbing, heating, heat pump and renewable energy services.
  • Monitor social media engagement and respond to enquiries where required.
  • Create simple graphics and marketing materials using Canva or similar software.

Office Support

  • Assist with general office administration.
  • Support the office team with customer communications.
  • Help maintain accurate customer records and documentation.

What We’re Looking For

  • Positive, enthusiastic and self-motivated attitude.
  • Strong organisational and communication skills.
  • Experience using social media platforms for business purposes.
  • Familiarity with Canva, Microsoft Office and basic computer systems.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Previous marketing experience essential.
