Marketing Campaign Manager - Dach

Your Mission

The Marketing Campaign Manager - DACH will be part of the Regional DACH team within the greater Marketing department. They will report directly into the Head of Marketing for the DACH region. This role is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing marketing campaigns that align with the broader demand generation marketing strategy for the DACH region. Working alongside the other regional marketing and commercial functions, This role focuses on delivering integrated campaigns that drive demand and support demand capture activities, directly contributing to pipeline growth and revenue goals.

The Marketing team at Tellent consists of over 20 professionals, distributed across our primary regions: DACH, France, and the Benelux. Your 12-month journey


During the first 3 months:

You will spend the first few weeks learning about our products as well as the regional specificities of our positioning and communication in the DACH region. You’ll get a thorough understanding of what value they bring to our customers as well as how we differentiate ourselves from the other platforms out there. You will also dive into how our internal processes work, and will speak with all regional stakeholders, on the Marketing side and beyond, to understand expectations, and start identifying work streams.



Within 6 months:

You’ll be fully focused on the execution of the plan, as well as implementing long term operating models to ensure consistent and efficient collection of market insights, and the translation of these insights towards targeted and effective campaigns for the DACH region. You’ll factor in the balance of demand creation and demand capture initiatives to ensure we consistently move prospects down our funnel, closer to the buying stage. You’ll gather feedback from all stakeholders, and will move into an iterative process. You’ll collaborate with all other regional marketing functions to ensure maximum efficiency.


After 1 year:

After one year, you’ll be considered as the go-to person when it comes to demand generation campaigns in the region. You’ll be a leading figure in determining the right mix of online/offline activities to ensure we reach our objectives in the DACH region. You’ll be able to report on the successes you will generate as well as the learnings you’ll take from less effective motions. You’ll have set up efficient collaboration flows with all other regional functions and will be able to contribute to the business’s long term vision.


What you’ll be doing:


  • You’ll work on developing, managing and reporting on integrated multi-channel campaigns, including email, social media, webinars and events.

  • You’ll collaborate with the Head of Marketing DACH to ensure the campaigns align with the overall goals and objectives for the region.

  • You’ll manage the timelines, deliverables, and budgets, associated with the campaigns.

  • You’ll work closely with the Growth, Content and SEO, and Product Marketing teams, to ensure your campaigns are as targeted and effective as possible.

  • You’ll serve as a key point of contact between the marketing team and other departments within the DACH region, including Sales, Partnerships, and Customer Success.

  • You’ll use a data-driven approach to ensure maximum efficiency throughout the planning and execution of your campaigns.


What you’ll bring to the team:


  • 3+ years of related marketing experience, ideally in field/regional marketing

  • Proven ability to drive qualified demand for a company’s products/services

  • Deep understanding of the DACH market, and how to execute the most efficient campaigns for the region

  • Data driven and ambitious to prove the ROI of marketing campaigns

  • Experience in partnering with commercial teams (Sales and Partnerships)

  • You are a native/bilingual German speaker
