You will have the opportunity to own campaigns, influence business outcomes, and work across a broad range of marketing activities. One day you might be launching a new product, the next you are optimising a customer nurture campaign or creating content that simplifies technical information into something customers actually want to read.

What You Will Be Doing

As our Marketing & Communications Specialist, you will play a key role in driving engagement, supporting product launches, and helping customers connect with our products and expertise.

You will be:

• developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns across multiple customer segments
• managing HubSpot marketing automation programs, customer databases and audience segmentation
• creating engaging content across email, website, social media and advertising channels
• supporting new product launches through strategic customer communications
• analysing campaign performance and using insights to improve future results
• growing customer engagement through targeted communication strategies
• developing sales and marketing collateral including brochures, catalogues and promotional materials
• coordinating digital marketing activities across multiple channels
• supporting customer training programs and events
• collaborating with stakeholders across sales, product management and leadership teams

You will bring:

• proven experience independently planning, building and executing successful marketing campaigns
• experience with HubSpot or similar CRM / marketing automation platforms
• exceptional copywriting and content creation skills
• the ability to turn technical information into clear, engaging customer communications
• demonstrated success improving customer engagement, lead generation or database growth
• strong project management skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities
• confidence to take ownership, make recommendations and drive initiatives forward
• commercial thinking and a genuine understanding of how marketing contributes to business performance
• a proactive attitude and willingness to roll up your sleeves when needed
