Marketing & Content Coordinator

Envii is on an exciting journey, and we’re looking for a structured and creative Marketing & Content Coordinator to join our Marketing team full-time.

This is a great opportunity for someone with a strong interest in fashion and digital marketing who wants to combine hands-on content creation with campaign coordination and social media management in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

THE ROLE

As our new Marketing & Content Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in executing and coordinating marketing activities across channels in everything from planning and producing content for social media and newsletters to assisting with activations and PR efforts.

You’ll work closely with the Marketing, E-commerce, Content, and Graphic Design teams to ensure consistent storytelling and alignment across all touchpoints.

Your tasks will include:

• Coordinating and executing seasonal and always-on marketing campaigns.
• Maintaining and aligning the marketing calendar across teams and channels.
• Planning, creating, and posting content on our SOME channels.
• Producing photo and video content for organic social media, newsletters, and campaigns.
• Assisting in planning and executing newsletters in collaboration with the E-commerce team.
• Supporting smaller brand activations and influencer gifting efforts.
• Tracking and reporting performance on marketing and content activities.
• Assisting on shoots and ensuring content availability for upcoming campaigns.
• Coordinating visuals and copy to ensure cohesive brand communication across all platforms.

YOUR PROFILE

We imagine you are a creative and structured team player with strong communication skills and a genuine interest in fashion and digital marketing. You thrive on both creative production and coordination, and enjoy seeing ideas come to life across multiple channels.

Ideally, you can tick some of these boxes:

• 1–3 years of experience in marketing, communication, or content roles (preferably within fashion or lifestyle).
• Skilled in content creation (photo/video) and social media management.
• Experience with coordinating marketing activities and managing deadlines.
• Basic knowledge of paid social and email marketing tools (Meta, Google Ads, Voyado etc.).
• Strong eye for visuals, tone, and storytelling.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with multiple projects at once.

This role is based at our Copenhagen HQ. Please note that the position is not remote.
