Marketing Content Manager - Remote

About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Content Manager to join our growing team. You will play a pivotal role in analyzing the market and competitors, collaborating with the product team, and crafting impactful sales and marketing strategies. This role requires a creative content creator with strong technical skills to ensure brand consistency and deliver compelling marketing materials across various platforms.


Key Responsibilities

Market and Competitor Analysis

  • Conduct in-depth research to identify market trends, customer needs, and competitor strategies.
  • Leverage insights to shape data-driven marketing strategies that align with business objectives.

Content Creation and Management

  • Develop and maintain content calendars for social media, blogs, newsletters, and other digital platforms.
  • Produce engaging content, including short videos, brochures, proposal packaging, blogs, newsletters, and infographics.
  • Write, edit, and optimize SEO-friendly blogs and articles to drive organic traffic.
  • Ensure all marketing materials maintain brand voice, style, and messaging consistency.

Website Management

  • Oversee updates and maintenance of the company’s product and corporate websites using WordPress and Elementor.
  • Ensure websites remain current, user-friendly, and optimized for performance and SEO.

Brand Management and Continuity

  • Lead efforts to refresh and refine the company’s brand identity to ensure it aligns with evolving business goals.
  • Oversee the implementation of branding guidelines across all marketing channels to maintain brand continuity.
  • Ensure all visual and written content adheres to brand standards.

Social Media Engagement and Strategy

  • Manage social media accounts by creating and scheduling posts across various platforms.
  • Monitor and engage with the community to foster interaction and brand loyalty.

Collaboration and Strategy Development

  • Collaborate closely with the product team to understand features and benefits, translating them into clear, compelling marketing content.
  • Work with the sales team to develop tailored campaigns and sales enablement materials.

Performance Tracking and Reporting

  • Track and analyze the performance of content campaigns, providing actionable insights to enhance engagement and conversion rates.
  • Report on key metrics such as engagement rates, web traffic, lead generation, and conversion performance.

Qualifications

  • Experience: 5+ years in a marketing content role, preferably in B2B or tech-driven industries.
  • Education: Degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
  • Language: Fluent in English with exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Hands-on experience with WordPress and Elementor (mandatory).
    • Proficiency in marketing tools such as Google Analytics, SEO tools, CRM platforms, and social media management tools.
    • Familiarity with design and video editing tools (e.g., Adobe Suite, Canva).
  • Branding Expertise: Experience managing branding projects and ensuring consistency across all channels.
  • Bonus: Experience in the public safety sector is highly desirable.

Portfolio Requirement

Applicants must provide a portfolio showcasing previous work in content creation, branding, and marketing.
