Marketing Coordinator (Part-Time, Flexible/Hybrid)

At BFW Restorations, we are more than just a restoration company—we are a dedicated team committed to serving our community, building strong relationships, and helping people recover when they need it most. We are currently seeking a Marketing Coordinator to join us in telling that story.
This flexible, part-time role is ideal for a creative and organized professional who thrives in a hybrid role that blends administrative precision with marketing creativity. You’ll help drive our digital presence, coordinate internal and community events, and support initiatives that reflect our values and brand.
What You’ll Do
Marketing & Communications
- Assist in maintaining the company’s CRM/database and generating reports.
- Help manage and grow our digital presence, including social media participation and planning.
- Support lead generation initiatives and digital campaigns.
- Coordinate and assist with the development of the company newsletter.
- Manage donation listings and advertising placements.
Event Support & Community Engagement
- Coordinate logistics for internal company events, celebrations, and team-building activities.
- Assist in the planning and execution of external marketing and community events.
- Help manage our signature Water Donation Program and related outreach.
Content Creation & Design
- Use graphic tools like Canva, Adobe, or similar platforms to create flyers, signs, invitations, and marketing materials.
- Maintain and organize marketing collateral and inventory.
- Contribute to the development and execution of special projects related to relationship development and community partnerships.
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in a related marketing, communications, or admin role (preferred).
- Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail.
- A balance of administrative competence and creative thinking.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with CRM systems and email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Constant Contact, etc.).
- Proficiency with content creation tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines independently.
- A collaborative, enthusiastic attitude and commitment to serving others.
- Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new tools and platforms.
